The International Jewelers story

From Providence’s jewelry district to Bonita Bay.

Frank Calcagni grew up in the jewelry district of Providence, Rhode Island, and started at ground level in fine jewelry manufacturing, learning every aspect of designing and making high-quality jewelry. He went on to graduate from the Gemological Institute of America.

In 1986, Frank and his then-fiancée Jacqueline started International Jewelers, and it quickly became one of New England’s premier jewelers. Southwest Florida had long been their dream, and in 2015 they re-established International Jewelers at The Promenade at Bonita Bay.
